Job Summary

What will you be doing

• Payment Processing: Collect and process rent payments.
  
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all transactions and update tenant accounts accordingly within the CRM.
  
• Communication: Send reminders for upcoming payments and follow up on late payments through phone calls emails and letters documenting all interactions in the CRM.
  
• Dispute Resolution: Address tenant inquiries and resolve disputes related to rent payments in a professional manner using the CRM to track issues and outcomes.
  
• Reporting: Prepare monthly reports on collection status outstanding balances and tenant payment histories using data from the CRM.
  
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding rent collection and tenant rights.
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with property management and maintenance teams to address tenant issues and maintain tenant satisfaction leveraging the CRM for effective communication.
  

Requirements

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in debtcollection
  
• Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills attention to detail and proficiency in CRM software and property management tools.
  
• Problemsolving: Ability to handle disputes and resolve issues amicably.
  
• Customer Service: Commitment to providing excellent customer service to tenants.
