• Collaborate with faculty and staff to identify and support students with learning challenges
  
• Conduct assessments of students with learning challenges to develop individualized support plans
  
• Design and implement interventions to support student learning and success
  
• Provide academic coaching to students with learning challenges
  
• Develop and provide training and resources to faculty and staff on best practices in supporting students with learning challenges
  
• Collaborate with disability services staff to ensure accommodations are provided for students with learning challenges
  
• Monitor student progress and adjust support plans as needed
  
• Stay up-to-date on trends and changes in learning support practices and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in education, special education, or a related field
  
• 3+ years of experience working with students with learning challenges
  
• Knowledge of learning challenges and best practices in supporting students with learning challenges
  
• Experience conducting assessments and developing individualized support plans
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Familiarity with disability services and accommodations
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning support software
