Audit Assignments towards achieving the KPI.
Sharing VOC to maximize the revenue with help of Audits Projects.
Sharing new ideas to enhance the revenue with the help of audits.
Providing Area of Improvements to Various Depts. Of Organizations.
Covering all the verticals for Audits of Organizations.
Calibrate calls with the Quality Analysts, team leaders, trainers and client.
Drive Process control & Compliance in addition to managing Audit requirements
Plan and strategize for project specific recruitment within defined time frames for BQM
Review with internal respective process stakeholder, Review reports, session and action plan
Closely investigate the internal escalation and close loop with action plan
TNI Report to determine the types of training needed for the associates
Pareto analysis to analyzes the frequency of problems or causes in a process
