• Provide guidance and support for the implementation of improvement strategies
  
• Monitor progress towards improvement goals and adjust plans as needed

• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  
• Stay up-to-date on trends and changes in education policy and school improvement practices
  
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders, including teachers, administrators, and community members

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in education, curriculum and instruction, or a related field
  
• 5+ years of experience in school improvement, curriculum development, or related field
  
• Knowledge of education policy and school improvement strategies
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Experience in professional development and coaching
  
• Proficiency in data analysis and program evaluation
