• Design and conduct research studies related to education and learning
  
• Collect and analyze quantitative and/or qualitative data using appropriate research methodologies
  
• Interpret and communicate research findings to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and publications
  
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to inform the development of policies and practices that enhance teaching and learning
  
• Provide consultation and support to faculty and staff on research design, data collection, and analysis
  
• Stay up-to-date on trends and changes in educational research practices and regulations
  
• Write grant proposals to secure funding for research projects

Requirements

• Doctoral degree in education, psychology, or a related field
  
• 5+ years of experience in educational research or related field
  
• Expertise in research design, data collection, and analysis
  
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Experience in grant writing and securing funding
  
• Proficiency in statistical software and research methods
