Task Overview:

Join us this festive season as a key player in delivering customizable gift samples to businesses across the city! You will be on the front line engaging directly with clients transporting samples from Metro stores and showcasing our exciting gift options. This is a great opportunity to gain handson experience meet new people and be part of the festive celebrations while earning.

Duration:

Project Period: 9th September to 10th November 2024.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (9 hours daily including a 1hour break).
One day off per week (Sunday).

Mandatory Requirements:

TwoWheeler: Candidates must have their own twowheeler to transport samples between Metro stores and client locations.
Daily Reporting: Candidates need to report to the allocated Metro store in the morning mark attendance on the Gig4U app and check in at the Metro store.
OnField Visits: Candidates will make a minimum of 89 visits per day to target customers provided by Metro.
Client Engagement: Deliver samples present customizable gift options and ensure samples are returned to the store as required.
EndofDay Feedback: After completing onfield visits candidates must return to the Metro store to provide feedback and submit reports especially during the initial weeks.

Training & Support:

Initial Training: Metro will provide a brief training session to familiarize candidates with the onfield process.
FirstDay Assistance: Candidates will be assisted by Metro s team on their first day to gain firsthand experience in engaging with clients.

Payout:

Daily Pay: INR 600 to INR 800 depending on the location.
Payment Cycle: Biweekly.
