Collaborate with HR leaders and management on HR projects to create an engaging work environment- Handling day-to-day HR issues and administrative tasks, such as training new employees, self-service tools, and checking working hours and attendance
- Use internal dashboards to create reports for managers at your location
- Planning initiatives to promote employee wellbeing and their experience at the site
- Review of company processes for compliance with data protection, local labor law and best practices for HR systems
