Technical Skills:
Java: 5 years of experience in Java development.
Delphi: 2 years of experience with Delphi.
Agile Methodologies: Experience working in agile teams.
Architecture Design: Experience in analyzing and defining software architectures.
Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to abstract and analyze complex problems.
Tools & Technologies:
IDE: IntelliJ (minimum JDK8).
Build Tools: Maven.
Version Control: Git (Bitbucket) and SVN.
CI/CD Pipeline: Jenkins.
Testing: JUnit Mockito.
Code Analysis: SonarQube.
Collaboration Tools: Jira Confluence Nexus Zeplin.
Additional Skills:
Language: Native German or C1level proficiency.
Team Leadership: Experience in leading technical teams is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: A university degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
Personality Traits: Teamoriented communicative and openminded.
Software Architecture: Develop highlevel software architectures primarily using Java and Delphi.
Team Collaboration: Work within agile distributed project teams coordinating with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Technical Leadership: Potential to take on a team leadership role guiding junior developers and ensuring best practices.
