Tasks
- Design develop and maintain highquality scalable software across our entire stack
- Collaborate closely with founders and team members to define and implement new features
- Contribute to architectural decisions and help establish best practices
- Support the growth of junior developers and foster a culture of engineering excellence
- Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality
- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
Requirements
- MustHave:
- 5 years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in Python with a focus on backend development
- Expertlevel knowledge of React and modern frontend development practices
- Proven track record of building and deploying productionlevel applications
- Experience with cloud providers and cloud native approaches particularly AWS
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a small agile team
- NicetoHave:
- Experience with Pulumi or similar infrastructureascode tools
- Familiarity with GitHub Actions or other CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of financial technology or accounting software
- Previous startup experience
- Experience with AI/ML technologies particularly in large language models
