Job Description
We are partnering with a prestigious luxury fashion brand known for its innovation timeless style and global recognition. As part of their continued expansion in Berlin they are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Store Manager to lead their team and provide an exceptional shopping experience to their discerning clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Inspire motivate and manage a team of sales associates to meet and exceed store targets.
- Store Operations: Oversee daytoday operations ensuring the store is wellstocked immaculately presented and operating efficiently.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a personalized and highend shopping experience for each customer driving loyalty and satisfaction.
- Sales Performance: Track and analyze store performance recommending strategies to achieve sales goals and improve results.
- Inventory Management: Manage stock levels and ensure effective stock turnover.
- Brand Alignment: Uphold brand standards and policies to maintain the store’s luxury image.
- Collaboration: Work closely with regional and area managers to implement strategies and support team training.
Your Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: Proven success in a management role within luxury fashion retail ideally with previous leadership experience.
- Languages: Fluent in both German and English spoken and written.
- CustomerCentric: A deep passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and develop a highperforming team in a fastpaced environment.
- Luxury Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of luxury fashion trends customer needs and sales strategies.
