As a Senior Account Manager you will lead the strategy and execution for a portfolio of Wolts most critical restaurant partners. Beyond individual performance youll be a trusted advisor and role model within the team driving best practices and mentoring junior team members.
In this role youll influence Wolts broader strategy by working closely with crossfunctional teams including Marketing Product Operations and Leadership. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working at a strategic level building deep relationships and making a tangible impact.

Drive strategy for key restaurant partners: Develop and execute growth plans leveraging analytics to maximize mutual success.
Lead and mentor: Act as a trusted advisor to restaurant partners and a mentor to junior Account Managers fostering their development.
Analyze complex data to deliver insights: Provide datadriven recommendations to improve partner performance and optimize strategies.
Champion Wolts services and innovations: Drive adoption of new products features and campaigns across your portfolio.
Collaborate at all levels: Work with Senior Leadership and crossfunctional teams to align strategies and deliver results.
Research and innovate: Stay ahead of market trends and propose initiatives to enhance Wolts value proposition.
Qualifications :
Fluent in German conversational in English
4 years of experience in Account Management Sales or Consulting with a track record of managing highvalue partnerships
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills
Proven ability to mentor and influence others driving teamwide best practices
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional stakeholders
Advanced knowledge of analytics tools (Looker Excel/Google Sheets)
Deep understanding of Wolts business model or experience in the Food and Beverage or Hospitality sectors is a plus
