We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to develop impactful solutions across our platform. Your work will include building scalable backend services and APIs in Python (Django) creating userfriendly dashboards in React and managing deployments with Docker and Kubernetes. Tasks
- Develop backend services and APIs using Python and Django to support our platforms.
- Build analytics and metrics reporting dashboards and tools in React.
- Manage application deployment and lifecycle using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ensure database reliability and performance with Postgres and Redis.
- Use Terraform for infrastructure as code practices.
- Participate in code reviews and team discussions to continuously improve our systems.
- Engage in varied tasks like automation DevOps and potentially data science projects.
- Collaborate with product management and design in crafting systems that help our customers.
Requirements
- Experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Python with experience using Django or similar frameworks is a plus.
- Experience in Javascript and React (or similar UI libraries/frameworks)
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with databases like Postgres and caching solutions such as Redis.
- Ability to work independently solve complex problems and grasp new topics quickly in a remotefirst setting.
- You have strong communication skills and writing skills were a remotefirst company that relies on this to work largely asynchronously.
- You move fast and have a bias for impact.
Nice to have:
- Experience in data science is a bonus but not required.
- Youve previously worked in a startup environment.
- Youve started a project from scratch.
