The Job
What are we looking for
In this role your goal will be to plan and execute strategies for B2B acquisition and by positioning BillEase as the preferred alternative payment method for Philippine merchants.
What your day will look like:
- Execute and support the merchant marketing strategy
- Implement different initiatives to drive sales growth for big and small merchants
- Coordinate implementation of different initiatives with the merchants and internally
- Ensure that merchants follow our branding and comply with agreed marketing initiatives
- Improve overall merchant experience
- Generate reports and monitor merchant KPIs on a regular basis such as traffic generated number of transactions fraud rate conversion rate
- Ensure proper communication of newly launched merchants to the customer base
- Provide timely assistance and monitor merchants concerns: customer services accounts settlement technical
- Work closely with the marketing and business development team and support other initiatives as assigned
- Gather feedback from merchants to be able create studies and recommendations for process improvement and innovations
- Collaborate with merchant marketing to identify opportunities for merchants to scale up its growth with BillEase within 60 days from onboarding.
- Monitor merchant satisfaction with billease through creation of surveys focus group
discussions or through other initiatives. - Handle teams of Sales Associates of BillEase
The Ideal Candidate
What you need to thrive in this role:
- Previous experience in business development/partnership/acquisition preferably from payment gateways ewallets ecommerce platforms retail
- Degree in Business Management Commerce or Economics desirable but not required
- Comfortable in a fastpaced environment with a get things done attitude
- Passionate about payments and lending products
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino
- Customercentric mindset
- Problem solver with strong analytical skills
- Collaborative and can work well with other team members
