Job Description

  • Oversee the daily operations of the multiple outlet ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across all departments including finance purchasing IT marketing communications (Marcom) HR administration and maintenance.
  • Manage a backoffice team of 40 employees providing leadership guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and alignment with company goals.
  • Supervise the operations of 25 retail outlets across Malaysia driving performance customer satisfaction and profitability ensuring company standards and regulation maintaining food safety and quality.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company s vision and objectives ensuring longterm growth and success.
  • Oversee the financial performance of the company including budgeting forecasting and financial analysis to drive profitability and cost efficiency.
  • Manage the procurement and supply chain processes to ensure quality and stability of raw material supplies along with timely and costeffective sourcing of materials and products.
  • Ensure the effective use of technology and systems to enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and market share.
  • Oversee HR functions including recruitment employee development performance management and compliance with labor laws comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of all company facilities and equipment to support smooth operations.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement address challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Report on operational status to the CEO and senior management team providing detailed operational reports and analysis


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 1015 years of experience in operations management preferably within the F&B industry or a similar fastpaced environment.
  • Proven track record in managing multifunctional teams including finance HR IT and purchasing.
  • Experience in managing retail operations with a focus on enhancing profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Deep understanding of food safety regulations and best practices ensuring all restaurants meet standards.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management in the restaurant industry optimizing procurement and inventory processes.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking with a handson approach to problemsolving.
  • Proficient in financial management and budgeting


Minimum 10-15 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the F&B industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
