Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in Facebook Instagram and YouTube ads HighLevel funnel automation and email copywriting for CRM EDM campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and managing successful ad campaigns automating marketing funnels and crafting compelling email copy that drives engagement and conversions.


Key Responsibilities:


Facebook Instagram and YouTube Ads:

Develop implement and manage ad campaigns across Facebook Instagram and YouTube.

Conduct audience research and segmentation to target the right demographics.

Monitor and optimize ad performance to achieve KPIs and ROI targets.

Analyze campaign data and generate insightful reports to inform future strategies.

HighLevel Funnel Automation:

Design build and manage automated marketing funnels using GoHighLevel.

Integrate various marketing tools and platforms to create seamless customer journeys.

Test and refine funnel steps to maximize conversion rates and lead generation.

Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure cohesive funnel experiences.

Email Copywriting for CRM EDM Campaigns:

Write persuasive and engaging email copy for CRM EDM campaigns.

Develop email marketing strategies that align with client objectives and brand voice.

Segment email lists and personalize campaigns to improve open and clickthrough rates.

Monitor email campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.



Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven experience in digital marketing specifically in Facebook Instagram and YouTube advertising.

Strong expertise in HighLevel funnel automation and experience with GoHighLevel or similar platforms.

Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on email marketing.

Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.


Preferred Skills:

Certification in Facebook Blueprint Google Ads or similar programs.

Experience with other CRM and marketing automation tools.

Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.

Graphic design skills or experience with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

At least 3 + years experience in Digital Marketing Intermediate Word and Excel skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines CRM & Email Marketing: Intermediate to advanced skills in Zoho (or similar). We're keen on leveraging this platform even more. WordPress Publishing: Whilst the primary responsibility is publishing articles and blogs, development capability would be an advantage. Design: Intermediate skills in Canva. Social Media: Beginner to intermediate skills. Our focus is on promoting our great work rather than being overly complex. SEO: While we use an external firm for SEO, you'll need to understand how to execute on their instructions and publish according to their guidelines. Analytics and Reporting: Monthly reporting of the success of our marketing efforts across all channels. Strong Organisational Skills: You'll have a lot of balls to juggle, so the ability to prioritise and excel in internal communications is essential.
