We are currently looking for a Portuguese and Englishspeaking Customer Support Agent to join our team onsite in Bucharest. This role involves supporting a Portuguesespeaking project with a Monday to Friday work schedule.
Position: Portuguese English Customer Support Agent
Location: Bucharest Romania (Onsite)
Type: Fulltime
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide topquality customer support to Portuguesespeaking clients via phone email and chat.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries issues and concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Utilize strong communication skills in both Portuguese and English to assist customers.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of the projects products and services to offer accurate assistance.
- Document and track customer interactions in the internal system.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Portuguese (written and spoken) is essential.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not required.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a customerfocused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must reside in Bucharest Romania or be willing to relocate.
