Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Represent the company as the face by delivering expert knowledge and exceptional gaming quality.
- Consistently adhere to the companys presentation and grooming policies.
- Present all games professionally showcasing superior presenting skills aligned with performance standards.
- Engage and entertain players effectively.
- Maintain a high level of technical proficiency across all games ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines.
- Contribute actively to the companys growth plans and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Outgoing personality with a wellpresented appearance.
- Languages Needed: Fluent in Italian Turkish Brazilian Portuguese Korean Thai or Indonesian along with English.
- Ability to maintain high energy levels for animated and engaging game presentations.
- Flexibility in working hours and commitment to a 24/7 shift pattern (shifts: 6am2pm 2pm10pm 10pm6am).
Salaries by Language:
- Italian
- First 3 months: 1000 NET per month up to 300 attendance bonus.
- After probation (4 months): 1200 NET per month up to 300 attendance bonus up to 600 performance bonus.
- Turkish (Bucharest)
- First 3 months: 905 NET per month.
- Between months 4 and 8: 1131 NET per month performance bonus.
- After 9 months: 1300 NET per month performance bonus.
- Brazilian Portuguese
- First 3 months: 1216 NET per month.
- Between months 4 and 9: 1521 NET per month performance bonus.
- After 9 months: 1749 NET per month performance bonus.
- Korean
- First 3 months: 1800 NET per month.
- Between months 4 and 8: 2261 NET per month performance bonus.
- After 9 months: 2600 NET per month performance bonus.
- Thai
- First 3 months: 1500 NET per month.
- After probation: 2260 NET per month performance bonus.
- Indonesian
- First 3 months: 1200 NET per month.
- Between months 4 and 8: 1507 NET per month performance bonus.
- After 9 months: 1733 NET per month performance bonus.
Visa Conditions and Relocation Package:
- Work Permit: Available for Brazilian Turkish and Asian nationals though processing may take up to 6 months.
- Relocation Package: Includes one year of companyprovided accommodation near the office (shared twobedroom apartment with a private room utilities included) and coverage for flight expenses to Bucharest.
