Job Description

*Job Title: Marketing Coordinator*

*Location:* Science city Ahmedabad

*Job Type:* FullTime

*Reports to:* Marketing Manager

*Job Summary:*
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a graduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing within a manufacturing unit. This role requires strong English communication skills proficiency in email communication and the ability to maintain records in Excel along with basic accounting knowledge.

*Key Responsibilities:*
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our products.
Manage and maintain marketing records including customer databases sales data and marketing materials.
Draft and send professional emails to clients suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
Prepare marketing reports and presentations for management review.
Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events exhibitions and promotional activities.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on marketing campaigns and objectives.
Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records related to marketing expenditures.
Utilize Excel to manage data create reports and analyze trends.
Perform basic accounting tasks such as invoicing budgeting and financial tracking related to marketing activities.

*Qualifications:*
Graduate degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role within a manufacturing unit.
Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
Proficient in email communication and professional correspondence.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting knowledge.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

*Preferred Qualifications:*
Experience with marketing software and tools.
Knowledge of digital marketing techniques and strategies.
Familiarity with CRM systems and database management.
