JOB SUMMARY
As a Business Development Manager at our HR and Agricultural Consulting firm you will play a pivotal role in driving the companys growth and success. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining relationships with clients and developing strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the companys client base in both HR and agricultural sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients partners and industry leaders.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance providing regular updates to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development sales or related roles.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the agriculture or FMCG industries. Strong knowledge of agriculture and farm products, particularly the products offered by the farm. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Proven negotiation and sales presentation skills. Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events as needed. Passion for sustainable agriculture and promoting local food systems.
