Job Description
Job Role: Exe/Sr.Executive Logistics
Required Experience: 3 5 years
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Manage the import and export documentation process ensuring accuracy and
completeness.
• Classify goods according to customs regulations and prepare necessary customs
declarations.
• Liaise with freight forwarders customs brokers and government agencies to ensure
smooth clearance of shipments.
• Track shipments and provide updates.
Monitor and manage import duties and taxes.
• Identify and resolve any customs clearance issues in a timely manner.
• Research and stay uptodate on changes in customs regulations and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of all import and export activities.
• Prepare reports on logistics performance metrics.
• Assist with logistics planning and optimization.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management International Business or
a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or customs clearance operations.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience with customs clearance software (a plus).
