We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be focusing on cost optimization and minimizing delays in our supply chain processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods and materials contributing to the overall success of our logistics operations.
Your Mission:
- Cost Optimization: Analyze purchasing data and supplier contracts to identify costsaving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce expenses.
- Delay Management: Monitor supply chain operations to identify potential delays proactively developing solutions to mitigate risks and maintain timely delivery schedules.
- Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure quality standards are met.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained to meet production and customer demands.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate logistics processes implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on purchasing and logistics performance highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including production sales and finance to align logistics activities with overall business objectives.

What you should bring with you:
- Proven experience in logistics purchasing or supply chain management.
- Someone with experience in logistics all over the world
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in export/import from Asia to Europe and familiarity with Incoterms and whole logistic chain process is a plus.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
