Job Description
Transportation Management: Coordinate with logistics providers and internal teams to ensure efficient and costeffective transportation of goods.
Route Optimization: Develop and implement strategies for optimizing delivery routes to minimize transit times and costs.
Stakeholder Negotiations: Negotiate contracts and rates with transport and logistics providers to secure favorable terms and reliable service.
Shipment Tracking: Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery address delays or issues promptly and keep stakeholders informed.
Cost Management: Analyze transportation costs and implement measures to reduce expenses while maintaining service quality.
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all transportation activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements and maintain accurate shipping records.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving transportation processes and implementing best practices.
Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve transportationrelated issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements
Proven experience of minimum 12 years in transportation management logistics or a related field.
Must be a graduate in any discipline
Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in transportation management software and tools.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
