What Youll Do:

• Consult & Collaborate: Act as a trusted advisor helping partners develop successful Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns.
• Understand & Achieve: Accurately assess partner needs and goals creating opportunities to maximize spend upsell and ensure longterm sustainability.
• Engage & Execute: Manage a high volume of potential clients daily engaging proactively by phone to drive success for a large portfolio of prospective partners.

What Were Looking For:

• Languages: C2 in German (oral and written) and fluent in English (B2 level).
• Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent; a Masters in Marketing Digital Marketing or Communications is a strong plus.
• Experience: 12 years in sales and/or online advertising.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication presentation and persuasion skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and time management skills.
  • A clientfocused mindset with a genuine interest in customer interaction.
  • The ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
