Salary: 20000 annually 2000 in benefits

Overview:

Join our hightech project in Barcelona as a multilingual Customer Service Sales Representative. Utilize your language skills to handle postsales customer requests and drive additional sales through excellent customer service and proactive engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound inquiries via calls emails and chat regarding customer postsales requests.
• Provide fast and effective responses and resolve issues collaboratively with internal business units.
• Create and follow up on quotes with a focus on crossselling and upselling.
• Maintain uptodate knowledge of the product portfolio and postsales processes.
• Manage postsales tasks including order cancellations claims deliveries and refunds with a customercentric approach using CRM and other tools.

Candidate Profile:

• Advanced level of English and native proficiency in French and Dutch.
• Strong communication skills and knowledge of sales techniques (crossselling objection handling etc.).
• Customerdriven with a motivation to excel in sales.
• Achievement and targetoriented with IT knowledge and technical understanding.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong interest in IT products and applications.
• Excellent customer care skills and the ability to effectively understand customer needs.
