Job Title: Customer Service Sales Representative (French Dutchspeaking)
Location: Onsite Barcelona Spain (SELVA DE MAR 129)
Project: High Tech Industry
Contract Type: Indefinite Fulltime
Shift Details: Monday to Friday
Salary: 20000 annually 2000 in benefits
Overview:
Join our hightech project in Barcelona as a multilingual Customer Service Sales Representative. Utilize your language skills to handle postsales customer requests and drive additional sales through excellent customer service and proactive engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound inquiries via calls emails and chat regarding customer postsales requests.
- Provide fast and effective responses and resolve issues collaboratively with internal business units.
- Create and follow up on quotes with a focus on crossselling and upselling.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of the product portfolio and postsales processes.
- Manage postsales tasks including order cancellations claims deliveries and refunds with a customercentric approach using CRM and other tools.
Candidate Profile:
- Advanced level of English and native proficiency in French and Dutch.
- Strong communication skills and knowledge of sales techniques (crossselling objection handling etc.).
- Customerdriven with a motivation to excel in sales.
- Achievement and targetoriented with IT knowledge and technical understanding.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong interest in IT products and applications.
- Excellent customer care skills and the ability to effectively understand customer needs.
