Overview:
Join our esteemed project supporting a leading brand in audio equipment. As a Germanspeaking Customer Service Representative youll provide topnotch service and technical support for premium audio products ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth issue resolution.
Main Tasks:
- Handle B2C user requests via phone/email logging details and providing solutions within SLA.
- Resolve technical queries
- Keep uptodate with userspecific applications and tech knowledge.
- Ensure service requests are satisfactorily concluded and monitor open queries.
- Escalate service issues as needed and maintain SLA standards.
- Keep customers informed about the status and progress of their issues.
- Achieve excellent customer satisfaction levels.
Requirements:
- Nearnative level English both spoken and written plus nativelevel German.
- Superior customer care skills.
- Strong IT knowledge in Signal Path Connectivity Wireless Networking and Audiovisual products.
- Experience with Windows and Mac environments.
- Minimum of 1year experience in customer service preferably technical support.
- Serviceoriented with a responsible independent work habit.
- Able to implement and manage process changes.
- Strong communication teamwork flexibility and stress handling skills.
- Compliance with company security rules.
