Overview:
Join our client team in Valencia as a Germanspeaking Sales Representative Specialist in the hightech industry. As an outbound specialist you will drive sales by identifying and engaging new customers focusing on growth and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales quotas and targets.
- Focus on acquiring new customers and reactivating lapsed ones.
- Build and follow sales cadences to prospect and engage new clients.
- Identify and qualify prospects in targeted companies.
- Make outbound calls to generate new business and schedule meetings.
- Use advanced sales skills to establish contact profile crosssell upsell and close deals over the phone.
- Create a continuous sales funnel and manage sales pipeline activities.
- Review client satisfaction levels and escalate issues as necessary.
- Communicate client feedback to relevant parties for followup.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests.
- Prepare commercial and technical service proposals ensuring soundness.
Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in English and German; Swiss German is an advantage French is a bonus.
- Strong communication skills and a solid sales background particularly in outbound environments.
- Achievement and goaloriented.
- Good computer skills.
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales.
- Experience working with channels is a plus.
- Motivated and a selfstarter.
- Adhere to company security rules.
