Job Description

Our client is a Real Estate Development company located in Lagos Nigeria.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and resultsdriven Sales Manager with a proven track record in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong existing client base excellent social capital and the ability to manage largescale marketing initiatives. This role requires a highly disciplined individual with a selfdriven mindset who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage an existing network of prospects and clientele to drive sales and achieve quick results.
  • Utilize strong business relationships and social capital to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Lead the marketing efforts for the companys development portfolio on a large scale.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve organizational goals.
  • Leading negotiations with clients and closing highvalue deals.
  • Creating and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.


Requirements

  • Previous experience in real estate sales with a strong track record of performance.
  • A wellestablished prospective and clientele base that can be leveraged for immediate results
  • Strong social capital with the ability to utilize business relationships to drive sales.
  • Experience in marketing and selling real estate development projects on a large scale.
  • Highly disciplined selfmotivated and goaloriented.
  • Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Professional and polished appearance and demeanor.


Previous experience in real estate sales, with a strong track record of performance.
