Job Summary:

Our client is seeking an accomplished Executive General Manager with expertise in both Insurtech and ECommerce domains to lead its dynamic team. As an integral part of the organization you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives fostering innovation and maximizing revenue growth in the InsureTech and ECommerce sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of leadership skills business acumen and a deep understanding of digital insurance and online retail landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategic Vision:

  • Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to drive business growth and market expansion in the InsureTech and ECommerce domains.
  • Develop and communicate a clear strategic roadmap aligned with organizational goals and industry trends.
  • Lead and inspire crossfunctional teams to execute strategic initiatives effectively.
  • Develop and implement B2B/B2B2C market expansion strategy
  • Leverage the ecosystem and value chain within the business Group to upsell and crosssell products

Business Development and Partnerships:

  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for strategic partnerships alliances and acquisitions to enhance product offerings and market reach.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including insurers technology partners and industry influencers.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

Product Innovation and Development:

  • Drive product innovation by leveraging market insights customer feedback and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to conceptualize design and launch innovative InsureTech and ECommerce solutions.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.

Revenue Generation and Performance Metrics:

  • Develop and implement robust revenue generation strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of business initiatives and track progress towards goals.
  • Analyze financial data and market trends to identify opportunities for revenue optimization and cost efficiency.

Customer Experience and Engagement:

  • Champion a customercentric approach to product development ensuring that solutions meet the evolving needs and expectations of consumers.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer acquisition retention and satisfaction across digital channels.
  • Leverage data analytics and customer feedback to continuously improve the user experience and drive customer loyalty.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards governing the InsureTech and ECommerce sectors.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats and safeguard the organizations reputation and assets.
  • Foster a culture of ethical conduct and accountability throughout the organization.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Finance or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of combined work experience with a proven track record of leadership and achievement.
  • Proven track record of success in executive leadership roles within the InsureTech and/or ECommerce industries.
  • Deep understanding of digital insurance products online retail platforms and emerging technologies.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to drive revenue growth manage budgets and optimize operational performance.
