Our client is a combination backed Africas leading platform for vehicle maintenance & genuine aftermarket parts distribution. We are solving the problem of fragmented automotive aftersales in Africa starting from Nigeria. Due to expansion they are in need of a SALES SPECIALIST (Truck SpareParts Division)

JOB SUMMARY
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of securing highvalue transactions with corporate organizations and dealers along with extensive experience in managing and expanding the customer network within the Truck SpareParts Division.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop comprehensive sales strategies tailored to our aftermarket products segment.
Drive sales growth build strong relationships with clients and achieve sales targets for the assigned territory.
Use market trends and analyzing data to identify business opportunities for targeted sales.
As brand champion effectively preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential clients.
Identify new business opportunities within the Truck Parts Division.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with importers distributors and key stakeholders.
Source and manage business portfolios under the Truck Parts Division.
Develop and execute strategies to enhance product performance and meet business objectives.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives and develop promotional strategies that division growth.
Build industry partnerships to promote products reduce costs and increase sales.
Conduct a SWOT analysis of the division and evaluate performance relative to competitors.
Establish and maintain efficient sales processes including pipeline management forecasting and reporting.
Lead the onboarding process for new customers assisting them in downloading installing and setting up the mobile application on their devices.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor s degree required. A Master s degree in Business Administration or a similar field is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic sales and business development with at least 5 years of experience in sales in the Truck spare parts division.
- Experience in aftermarket product sales/Procurement/Automotive aftersales is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate and maintain relationships with importers distributors and other key stakeholders.
- Proven track record in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities to drive sales growth and increase market penetration.
- Experience in implementing and managing efficient sales processes including pipeline management forecasting.
