Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the oil & gas sector.
  
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
  
• CLevel Engagement: Prospect and present to CLevel executives to secure new business and enhance existing relationships.
  
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.
  
• Negotiation: Negotiate terms of business with clients and candidates to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities client interactions and candidate placements.
  

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven track record in sales within the oil & gas industry with experience in recruitment preferred.
  
• Skills: Strong prospecting presentation and negotiation skills.
  
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of recruitment processes and solutions.
  
• Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  
• Attributes: Highly motivated proactive and resultsoriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
