Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced NonIT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to source and attract candidates for nonIT roles including job boards social media and professional networks.

Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates qualifications experience and cultural fit.

Client Coordination: Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Job Posting: Write and post job descriptions for nonIT roles on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.

Candidate Management: Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and keep them engaged throughout the recruitment process.

Offer Negotiation: Assist in negotiating job offers between clients and candidates ensuring a winwin outcome for both parties.

Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress to HR management.

Collaboration: Work closely with other recruiters and HR staff to share best practices and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving recruitment processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruiting for nonIT roles across various industries.
• Strong understanding of recruitment practices and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
