Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head for Healthcare Vertical to lead sales and drive business growth for India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for upselling comprehensive software solutions cultivating new client relationships and employing innovative sales strategies to exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients ensuring satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.
Identify and establish relationships with new clients to expand the companys client base.
Innovative Sales Approach:
Bring creative and innovative sales approaches to the team staying ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings.
Utilize datadriven insights to enhance sales processes and decisionmaking.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with the companys overall objectives.
Provide input on market trends competitor activities and potential opportunities for growth.
Achievement of Targets:
Set communicate and monitor sales targets and KPIs for the sales team.
Implement effective sales forecasting and reporting mechanisms.
Qualifications and Skills :
Proven track record of successful sales leadership in IT Services and Consulting.
Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to think innovatively and strategically to drive sales growth.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a highperforming sales team.
Resultsoriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Education and Experience :
B.Tech/M.Tech/B.E./M.E. or a related field. MBA is a plus
