Job Description
Working Arrangement: Hybrid
Role Purpose:
To lead and manage a team of settlement officers ensuring all applications settle promptly after the loan is approved. Completing work swiftly with high quality ensuring the growth of the company and its subsidiary companies.
Success Criteria:
- Frictionless settlements We delight brokers and internal stakeholders by communicating and preempting whatneeds to happen next so they don t need to follow us up
- Loan Documentation Issued ontime with 100% accuracy.
- Settlements occurring promptly with no delays or brought forward where possible.
Key Responsibilities:
(BAU) Business as Usual
- Identify areas for improvement in the settlements process
- Improve communication within the organisation as well as external business partners / stakeholders.
- Salesforce management Accurately enter and maintain data create legal cases.
- Legal/Solicitors Instruct legal documents handle urgent document requests manage legal queries followups and check loan documents.
- Broker and Applicant Management regarding legal document and settlement queries
- Underwriter Coordination: Confirm settlement conditions provide settlement rates handle urgent fund drawdowns and seek extensions if needed.
- Proactively chasing for discharge
- Ensure product selected in underwriter portal matches with product
- Customer Service Support: Handle incoming calls and enquiries direct them to the appropriate team member.
- Adhoc Tasks
- Perform other tasks as required i.e. develop policies and procedures development of insights to support the frictionless experience for stakeholder.
