Job Description

  • Develop implement and update policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay current with industry regulations laws and standards related to the organization s operations including customer ethical standards and requirements.
  • Perform regular audits to assess compliance with regulations and internal policies.
  • Monitor business activities for compliance issues.
  • Ensure that compliance policies are effectively communicated and implemented across the organization.
  • Educate employees on regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop strategies to mitigate risks and prevent compliance breaches.
  • Investigate and manage compliancerelated incidents and violations and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Generate reports on compliance status and issues for management and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of compliance activities including audits investigations and training.
  • Support and advice to different departments to help them understand and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Investigate allegations of unethical behavior or policy violations and recommend disciplinary actions.
  • Assist with external audits and participate in customer.
  • Conduct due diligence with suppliers to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.



Requirements

  • Familiar and experience in RBA and CSR.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin English and Bahasa Malaysia with the ability to interact with employees effectively management and regulatory agencies.
  • 35 years experience in external/internal audit.
  • Prior experience in compliance legal or regulatory roles is highly valued.
  • Strong understanding of relevant regulations industry standards and legal requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to assess complex compliance issues and recommend effective solutions.
  • Demonstrated integrity and ethical judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information.
