Job Description
- Daily monitoring on inbound and return shipment
- Performing inspection and diagnostic of the return goods. Check for damaged or missing items.
- Performing put away and location change of goods based on the status of goods and store goods appropriately.
- Picking and packing the order and perform quality assurance check of orders.
- Dispatching the orders to courier or logistics company.
- Performing all transactions in warehouse management systems.
- Maintaining warehouse cleanliness.
- Performing warehouse inventory controls stock counting and location checks.
- Perform all duties associated with warehouse operations inclusive of all transactions in warehouse management systems
- Operate in a safe manner complying with all health safety and environmental requirements to ensure own and safety of others.
Requirements
- Diploma with minimum of 35 years working experience preferably in device grading and repair
- knowledge on smart devices
- Experience on inventory and logistic software programs
- Able to work in fast paced environment independent customer focused result oriented & disciplined.
- Adaptable and able to work on own with minimal supervision.
- Willing to take challenges multitask plan effectively and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrate good written and oral communication skills in both English and Malay
- Excellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills are required with emphasis on achieving
- results.
- Able to follow the operational procedures and prepares strategic plans to ensure adherence to
- warehouse standards.
