Influencer Marketing Assistant

This is a remote position.

Requirements

Core Tasks:

• Research and build lists of relevant creators influencers or brands for outreach targeting
  

• Manage a pipeline of potential prospects through coldcalling or email outreach
  

• Schedule qualification calls with the ultimate goal of booking calls with sales leadership
  

• Filter in or under qualified leads through phone conversation
  

• Track and report on key outreach and close metrics
  

• Create rolerelated SOPs and edit / update them on an ongoing basis
  

• Perform other tactical sales and salesmarketing related tasks as needed
  

MustHaves:

• 3 years experience in influencer outreach /phone outreach / an Appointment Setter or BDR outreach role
  

• Demonstrated experience achieving and exceeding quota in a sales outreach role
  

• 1 years experience using HubSpot (or similar tool) for contact / pipeline mgmt
  

• Basic intermediate Excel / Google Sheets for pipeline management and reporting
  

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
