As they continue to push boundaries they are in search of an HR Director to architect their human capital strategy and cultivate a culture of excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement overarching HR strategies that support the companys business goals and promote its culture and vision.
- Oversee the recruitment process ensuring the company attracts hires and retains the best talent.
- Develop and monitor HR KPIs using datadriven insights to inform decisionmaking and strategies.
- Lead performance management processes ensuring alignment with company objectives and promoting a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
- Design and implement training and development programs to ensure employee growth and alignment with company needs.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Collaborate with the executive team to understand the companys goals and strategy related to staffing recruiting and retention.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 10 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a senior HR role within the tech or retail sectors.
- Indepth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to manage HR functions including talent acquisition training performance management and compensation.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
