• Develop program goals, objectives, and outcomes that align with institutional priorities
  
• Monitor program outcomes and make recommendations for improvement

• Ensure compliance with regulations and policies
  
• Oversee program evaluations and report results to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in education, business, or a related field
  
• 5+ years of experience in educational program management or related field
  
• Strong organizational and project management skills
  
• Knowledge of best practices in educational program development, implementation, and evaluation
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Experience in budget management and resource allocation
  
• Proficiency in program management software and tools
