Sales Representative

A Retail Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers providing product information and completing sales transactions. They also stock shelves and maintain the stores appearance. Also handle online sales by assisting customers through online platforms answering inquiries processing orders and ensuring timely delivery.

Job Responsibility

Consults with customers to understand their needs and preferences related to merchandise. (Online)

Demonstrates and explains merchandise selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer s needs.

Answers customer s questions about merchandise.

Assists customers with purchase decisions.

Retrieves merchandise from the sales floor stock room or other inventory locations; places special orders.

Collects payment using the store point of sale system.

Processes returns and exchanges.

Performs other duties as assigned.
