We seek AI Data Trainers (Independent Contractors) to generate engaging and informative content in Traditional Chinese for various topics and fields. The Role: Combining Writing Expertise with AI Innovation

Develop AI Training Content: Create detailed prompts and responses to guide AI learning ensuring the models reflect a comprehensive understanding of various topics.

Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI responses to enhance the models accuracy in various contexts.

Ensure Model Integrity: Test AI models for potential inaccuracies or biases validating their applicability in the respective domains.

Requirements

Your Profile:

A Bachelors/Masters degree in Traditional Chinese with a focus on linguistics marketing communication business administration political science or any related humanities/social science field.

Exceptional proficiency in written Traditional Chinese including different writing styles and grammar.

Strong understanding of Traditional Chinese fundamentals including grammar syntax semantics and pragmatics.

Minimum B2C1 level of English proficiency. o We conduct our work in English but the AI training will be in Traditional Chinese. Therefore you must have at least a conversational level of English for our internal communication.

Enjoy editing and proofreading to create highquality copy.

Attention to Detail: Commitment to precision and thoroughness in the training process.

Ability to produce highquality work with minimal or no supervision.

Previous experience in writing for Large Language Models is a strong plus.
