Treasury Settlement Manager

Our client is a leading global venture building group focused on promoting the mass adoption of Web3 technologies since 2018. The organization is dedicated to bridging traditional business practices with the dynamic Web3 landscape fostering partnerships between established leaders and tech innovators. Their investment strategy emphasizes longterm growth supporting numerous successful ventures and contributing to the development of the digital economy.

With the rapid expansion our client is currently looking to add a new headcount to the team to handle Crypt Settlement as well as treasury operations and reporting directly to the COO.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review the daily cryptocurrency settlement processes ensuring accuracy efficiency and compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
  
• Oversee the quality of the crypto settlement workflows identifying and mitigating potential risks such as wallet security transaction validation and regulatory compliance.
  
• Promptly investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise in the crypto settlement process maintaining a high level of service and minimizing operational disruptions.
  
• Collaborate with the crossfunctional team to develop document and continuously refine the crypto settlement policies procedures and internal controls aligning with the companys risk management framework.
  
• Work closely with the Operations team to analyze the existing crypto settlement workflows leverage automation and technology to enhance efficiency and implement streamlined processes.
  
• Perform detailed cryptocurrency cash flow projections and liquidity analysis to accurately assess the companys funding requirements managing fiat and digital asset reserves to support ongoing operations and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher in finance accounting computer science or a related field with a strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency operations.
  
• At least 3 5 years of handson experience in financial industry operations with a proven track record in managing cryptorelated settlement activities wallets and transactions.
  
• Indepth knowledge of cryptocurrency protocols token standards and the associated risks controls and best practices for secure and compliant settlement processes.
  
• Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues in the fastpaced 24/7 crypto ecosystem.
  
• Selfmotivated proactive and capable of working independently under tight deadlines and pressure with a strong desire to stay uptodate with the latest developments in the crypto industry.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams including developers compliance officers and external stakeholders.
  
• Proficient in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) with the ability to translate complex cryptorelated financial information for both technical and nontechnical audiences.
