Job Description
WTIA is a young and energetic team that organizes events to promote mobile industry
and startups in HK. We are an IT association situated at Cyberport the ICT hub of the region. We provide a
platform to connect people and facilitate the growth of the industry.
We are currently looking for a project executive that can assist the WTIA team in
executing multiple projects needed to push forward the growth of the Association in
terms of visibility recognition industrial significance and revenue.
Project Executive (5 day work)
Organize and promote WTIA projects and events
Liaise with WTIA members and partners for promotion and collaboration of
activities
To liaise with vendors/ suppliers for providing goods or services in highest quality
standard
To develop the longterm relationship between the company and vendors/
suppliers
Social media marketing
Prepare proposals and reports
Provide office administration accounting and operation support
We welcome passionate young people to join us. To take up the job you are required to
be:
Bachelors degree holder major in Communications Event Management or
Marketing preferred
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Good
master of Mandarin is a plus
Tech savvy. Proficiency in IT skills with knowledge of design software e.g.
Photoshop
Min. 1 year Wwork experience in Project Management Event Management
Marketing or Communications. Fresh graduate may be considered but prior work
experience is preferred
Outgoing goaloriented and detailminded
Good organisational communication and problemsolving skills
