Job Description

We are helping our client A Leading AI Training Platform find AI QAs who have native fluency in Traditional Chinese with highquality written communication skills to work as an Independent Contractor. In this role you will review and provide feedback on style guides and content produced in Traditional Chinese of Hong Kong to ensure they meet quality standards and client requirements including being localized to the region.

The ideal candidate is a native speaker of Traditional Chinese thoroughly understands its grammar rules and enjoys writing engaging and informative content. You should also be familiar with developing instructional documents.

This opportunity is fully remote and offers a flexible work schedule.

Duties
  • Evaluate and provide feedback on work produced in Traditional Chinese by AI Trainers for accuracy and consistency.
  • Review and provide feedback on Traditional Chinese language style guides.
  • Identify and correct inconsistencies between style guides client requirements and the work being produced by AI Trainers.
  • Use critical thinking to produce highquality work with minimal or no supervision.
  • Effectively communicate with colleagues in English regarding feedback and suggestions.


Requirements

  • 1 or more years of experience in a Quality Assurance (QA) position preferably in AI or Annotation.
  • The ability to understand QA workflows provide guidance to trainers and identify issues
  • Previous experience training a Large Language Model (LLM)
  • Bachelors degree or higher ideally from a school located in Hong Kong
  • Thoroughly familiar with the cultural particularities and terminology of Hong Kong from having lived there for the majority of your life
  • Exceptional native proficiency in Traditional Chinese including different writing styles grammar syntax semantics and pragmatics.
  • At least C1 Level English proficiency
  • Ability to produce highquality written work
  • Ability to quickly identify errors and inconsistencies
  • A strong attention to detail and commitment to precision in your work


Benefits

This is a remote Independent Contractor position anticipated to last up to 3 weeks with the possibility of being asked to participate in future projects based on performance. The work schedule is flexible and workers can work parttime or fulltime hours at their own discretion. Ideally candidates will be able to work 7 hours per week or more.

Competitive Compensation: Pay is determined by project requirements your level of experience and market conditions. All pay rates are in USD.
