202425 Winter Seasonal Employment Staff Shuttle Driver

As a shuttle bus driver your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety of our staff by transporting them from companymanaged properties to their workplaces and various facilities. You will work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth and safe transportation to their destinations.

Main Responsibilities

Transporting staff from their accommodation to their respective workplaces and various destinations on schedule

Coordinating closely with front desk staff and hotel managers to manage the transportation schedule

Reporting on transportation activities

Performing vehicle maintenance

Cleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles

Snow removal around parking areas and vehicles (during winter)

Other tasks as directed by supervisors

Requirements

• Valid drivers license that allows driving in Japan
  
• Visa that allows working in Japan
  
• Physical ability to load luggage into the vehicle
  
• Experience driving on winter roads and in adverse weather conditions (e.g. whiteouts) preferred
  
• Ability to take responsibility for the condition of the shuttle bus
  
• Ability to work cooperatively with people from different cultures
  
• Time management skills
  
• Understanding and responsibility for workplace health safety quality control and environmental principles
  
• Flexibility to work both day and night shifts
  
• Ability to act proactively
