Industries such as convenience stores and the food service sector among others have significantly grown to support the Japanese economy over the last century. Many of the thirdsector industries including restaurants apparel convenience stores drug stores and transportation services rely on nonregular employees (parttime and temporary workers) for their business growth. On the other hand Japans population has been in a declining trend since its peak in 2011. As the workingage population continues to shrink the inclusion of previously untapped labor resources such as housewives and senior citizens has led to an overall increase in Japans workforce. Issues related to hiring and employment particularly in the context of nonregular employees are essential themes that must be addressed for the sake of Japans economic growth. We re committed to supporting companies sustained growth and ultimately Japans economic growth. We do so by offering recruitment management systems and employment support systems which provide assistance from successful hiring to employee retention and engagement.
Realizing Consultation through the Original System
We dont consider the use of the systems; its not just about using a tool. We believe that by effectively hiring many talented individuals and ensuring their retention the need for hiring to begin with will decrease significantly. Furthermore we view tasks that dont necessarily require human intervention as well as themes related to labor efficiency and productivity improvement through means like robots AI and HR tech as part of our work.

We have also collaborated with a company in the United States to release a function for remote video interviews. Additionally we have developed applications to simplify and streamline the complex task of shift management and robots for automating communication with job applicants.
