Roles and Responsibility

You will be responsible for serverside development work.

• Design implementation operation and maintenance of serverside parts

As part of our fiveyear strategy we will create Super Game (a largescale online game) in the future. This is one of those titles and is a consumer multiplatform title. We are looking for development staff for this new title.

*The assignment will be in the 3rd Business Department. (The division that handles Fantasy Star Online 2 etc.)

Minimum Requirements

• Experience in infrastructure construction operation and maintenance in cloud environments such as Azure/AWS
• Experience in DB design construction and operation using SQL/NoSQL etc.
• Experience in server application development and operation using Java/Node.js etc.
• Able to communicate smoothly in Japanese

Preferred Requirements

• Experience in developing programs using C
• Experience from product launch to release
• Experience with containerbased operations such as Docker
• Experience in infrastructure performance tuning/scaling
• Experience in website development using HTML/CSS/JavaScript
• Experience in online game development and operation
• Game development experience using UnrealEngine 4
• Experience in building and operating CI/CD environment
• Experience as a leader such as a chief in a project
• Business English level

• Remote : Hybrid (Come to office 3 times a week

Annual Salary: 4M 13M JPY

• Salary revision: Once a year
• Bonus: Twice a year (June December) Performance bonus and incentives available
• Full overtime pay (no overtime for managers)
• Annual salary increased by 15% from July 2023

Hours: Flex: 8:00 22:00 (Core time: 10:30 15:30)
