Job Description

You will be responsible for design and develop open application software and involve in a wide range of phases such as specification study detailed design programming testing debugging and actual equipment testing with a focus on business systems. *We will introduce you to the most suitable project after you enter the company taking your wishes and interests into maximum consideration.

Project and case examples

• Web service development
• Developing financial systems
• Business system development for a major manufacturer
• Medical system development etc.

*We always have 600 projects available so we are sure to be able to fulfill your hopes and interests

Minimum Requirements

Experience in application (business software and web software) development with at least 3 years of experience

Preferred Requirements

• Experience as PM/PL
• Experience in training junior staff

• Monthly salary: 291000 yen to 557000 yen
• Salary revision: Once a year *There is no bonus
• The assumed annual salary of a fulltime employee will be paid in 12 installments

Annual Salary: 3.8M 8.0M JPY

• Salary revision: Once a year
• Bonus : Twice a year

Hours: 9:00 17:45 *Depends on the place of employment

• Overtime: Approximately 25 hours per month
• Two days off per week

• Paid vacations (10 days after 6 months of employment to a maximum of 20 days)
