Our client is a large NSW Government Organisation who are seeking Senior Project Officer to join their team.
The Senior Project Officer role is to support existing and new projects of the team. The role reports to the Manager of the team. There are no direct reports to the senior project officer role.
Key Responsibilities:
- New NGO treatment services grant tender coordinating and developing tender documents, sector briefing sessions and materials, managing applications from and communication with NGOs, supporting assessment of applications, preparing briefing documents for executives
- Redevelopment of MERIT Information Management System in partnership with Data Analytics Team coordinate advice on user interface and functionality needs, support testing of new system, establish data sharing agreements
- Expansion of the MERIT program to new courts and teams prepare written communications and briefings
- Coordinate review and update of program guidelines
- Drug Court supported residential care funding model design options for funding supported residential care for the Drug Court program
- NGO performance management framework (for CAOD) and guides assist with finalising the frame work by reviewing for utility and areas of further content need, and writing supplementing guides for staff to manage contracts effectively
Selection Criteria:
- Health service project management experience
- Ability to write targeted briefings, communications and instructions for a range of audiences and purposes
- Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously
- Work collaboratively to deliver team results
- Ability to initiate work independently and report on progress
- Be responsive to changing work needs and time pressures.
