In conjunction with the Reservations Manager, coordinate and managing the daily operations and efficient running of the Reservations Department, ensuring the department objectives are being achieved
Delegate tasks to team members by assigning duties and preparing their work schedules
Ensuring all administrative procedures are completed accurately and in accordance with the departmental and hotel guidelines
Working with the Reservations Manager to implement and deliver individual and departmental training plans
Working with the groups team on a day to day basis ensuring all enquires are analysed and responded to within brand standard timeframes
Assist in the preparation of contracts for the leisure segment (FIT, group allocation and series)
