Job Description
Summary: Were hiring for a real estate asset management firm based in NCR. The company manages over $900M worth of assets.
The Vice President of Leasing will be responsible for overseeing and managing the leasing activities of our companys portfolio of properties. This includes developing and implementing leasing strategies negotiating and executing lease agreements and collaborating with property management to ensure high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
Compensation: INR 3540 lakhs per annum
Location: Noida (onsite)
Reporting Manager: Chief Operating Office (COO)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income across the companys portfolio
- Drive the expansion of portfolio by identifying new business opportunities cultivating relationships with potential clients and expanding market presence
- Oversee the leasing process including marketing vacant spaces showing properties to prospective tenants and negotiating and executing lease agreements
- Liaise with broker network to enable closure of transactions and to assist with all leasing functions required to improve leasing velocity for real estate assets
- Manage and mentor the leasing team providing guidance training and performance feedback
- Collaborate with property management to ensure a smooth transition for new tenants and to address any leasingrelated issues that arise
- Analyze market trends competition and tenant demand to identify new leasing opportunities and to adjust leasing strategies as needed
- Prepare and present leasing reports and forecasts to senior management and the board of directors
- Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking functions
Key Skills:
- Deep exposure to the commercial leasing industry preferably in the coworking or flexible office space
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with tenants brokers and internal stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret market data and make datadriven decisions
- Proficient in using real estate software and tools such as property management systems and lease administration software
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of leasing professionals
- Knowledge of local state and federal real estate laws and regulations
